Foudner's Story
Before founding Faithlink Global, I spent many years working in international trade and supply chain coordination. Through this experience, I had the opportunity to work with buyers from different countries and industries, and I noticed several common challenges that many international buyers face when sourcing from overseas.
In some cases, the factory shown during a visit or audit may not be the actual production facility. Samples may appear perfect, but the final mass production can turn out differently. At trade shows, products on display do not always represent the true manufacturing capabilities behind. beyond product issues,communication gaps, differences in language and business culture, and limited on-site coordination can also lead to misunderstandings regarding specifications, quality expectations, or delivery schedules.
I also observed that some buyers try to work directly with factories to reduce costs, however, without proper coordination, quality control, and follow-up,sometimes this create unexpected challenges and additional costs rather than real savings.
Through years of experience, traveling to different countries and visiting clients in person, I gradually realized that successful international trade is not simply about finding suppliers or products — it is about building reliable communication, transparency, and long-term trust between buyers and manufacturers.
Faithlink Global was founded with a simple goal: to connect bridge global buyers with reliable manufacturers. and make sourcing more transparent, efficient, and dependable.
Personally, my work is also guided by my faith and values, I deeply believe in the importance of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in business relationships. These principles shape the way we work with our clients and manufacturing partners, with a focus on building long-term and trustworthy cooperation.
